Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. Most people start with Foundation and move to Growth after a few months. Just let us know a week before your next billing cycle and we'll adjust things. No penalties, no awkward conversations.

What if I need to pause my subscription?

Life happens. We get it. You can pause for up to three months per year without losing your spot or having to re-onboard. Just give us a heads-up before your next billing date.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. Your first month covers everything—onboarding, initial assessment, getting you set up in our system. We think setup fees are rubbish, honestly.

Are sessions conducted in person or online?

Both options work. Our Canberra office is available for face-to-face meetings if you're local. Everyone else connects via video calls, which actually works surprisingly well for going through documents and charts together.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No lock-in contracts. Month-to-month billing. If you decide it's not working after the first month, that's fine. Though we'd appreciate hearing why so we can improve.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're genuinely unhappy with the service. After that, we'll work with you to address concerns, but refunds become trickier since we've allocated advisor time to your account.
